Jenna will work to:

• →Maintain the E1 after the east LRT extension opens and advocate for expanded service where ridership and community demand support it.
• →Establish a pre-planned express bus network for major Line 1 disruptions, with service from Orléans hubs that does not require every rider to travel to Blair first.
• →Advocate for more direct peak-period service from neighbourhoods that are poorly served by the LRT.
• →Improve the frequency and reliability of local bus service, connecting residents to the LRT, jobs, schools, appointments, businesses and community services throughout Orléans.
• →Restore service where reductions have left neighbourhoods underserved, including areas with inadequate frequency or coverage.
• →Improve north-south transit connections within Orléans, making it easier to travel across the community without relying on a car.
• →Push for clear performance standards and public reporting on reliability, cancellations and missed trips so residents can see whether service is actually improving.
• →Advocate for sustainable transit funding that allows OC Transpo to provide reliable service and respond to the needs of growing communities.

Jenna will work to:

• →Plan infrastructure alongside growth, so transportation, transit, pedestrian, cycling, accessibility and safety needs are identified early, not after development is already underway.
• →Require major development reports to clearly identify infrastructure impacts, what improvements are needed, who is responsible for delivering them, how they will be funded and the expected timelines.
• →Ensure developers contribute their fair share toward transportation, access and safety infrastructure directly related to the growth their developments create.
• →Start planning and design work earlier for foreseeable improvements such as traffic signals, crossings, sidewalks, cycling connections, transit access and intersection upgrades.
• →Consider the impact of new development on surrounding neighbourhoods, including existing roads, intersections, pedestrian routes and transit service, not just infrastructure within the development itself.
• →Push for growth-related infrastructure to be included in City budgets and long-term capital plans, so necessary improvements are not left unfunded for years after new residents arrive.
• →Publicly track major Ward 2 infrastructure commitments, including what has been promised, who is responsible, whether funding has been secured, the expected timeline and current progress.

Jenna will work to:

• →Address speeding and dangerous streets by advocating for practical traffic-calming measures in areas with persistent safety concerns.
• →Improve safety at intersections, pedestrian crossings and school zones, prioritizing locations where residents and safety data identify recurring risks.
• →Build safer, better-connected walking and cycling routes by addressing gaps in sidewalks, pathways and active transportation connections between neighbourhoods and important destinations.
• →Improve accessibility in neighbourhood infrastructure, particularly for seniors, families with young children and residents who use mobility devices.
• →Make parks, pathways and other public spaces safer and more welcoming through appropriate lighting, maintenance, visibility and other practical safety improvements.
• →Take a prevention-first approach to community safety, bringing together residents, schools, community organizations, youth services, social services and police when appropriate to address concerns before they escalate.
• →Advocate for more opportunities and spaces for youth, including accessible recreation, programming and community partnerships that give young people positive places to connect and belong.
• →Track and act on recurring neighbourhood concerns, using resident feedback, 311 data and other available information to identify problem areas, coordinate City responses and follow up on whether action was taken.

Jenna will work to:

• →Notify residents early about projects, developments and proposed changes that affect their neighbourhood, while there is still time for their feedback to influence the outcome.
• →Bring consultation into affected neighbourhoods and provide accessible ways for residents to participate, rather than expecting residents to find their way into City processes.
• →Clearly explain what is being proposed, including what can still be changed, what cannot, and when key decisions will be made.
• →Report back after major consultations on what residents said, what changed as a result of their feedback, and where the City ultimately chose a different direction.
• →Create a public Ward 2 Community Tracker showing major neighbourhood issues, projects and priorities, action taken, current status and what happens next.
• →Provide regular updates throughout the year on local projects, City decisions, service changes and outstanding community issues.
• →Clearly explain her votes and positions on major issues before and after important Council decisions.
• →Publish an annual Ward 2 recap showing progress on community priorities, key investments, outstanding issues and what still needs to be done.

Jenna will work to:

• →Improve Ward 2's parks, playgrounds and recreation spaces, with a focus on accessibility, maintenance and the needs of growing and established neighbourhoods.
• →Create more welcoming community spaces where families, seniors, youth and neighbours can gather, participate in activities and build stronger community connections.
• →Support community associations, local organizations and community-led events that bring residents together and contribute to vibrant neighbourhoods.
• →Create a public Ward 2 Parks & Recreation Priorities List, developed with residents and community organizations, identifying needed improvements and future projects across the ward.
• →Give residents a voice in major ward-funded park and recreation investments by consulting affected neighbourhoods before discretionary cash-in-lieu of parkland funds are committed.
• →Use clear criteria to prioritize park and recreation investments, including community need, accessibility, population growth, condition of existing facilities and the number of residents who would benefit.
• →Fight for Ward 2's fair share of citywide recreation investment through the municipal budget and long-term capital plans, rather than relying only on ward-specific funding.
• →Publish an annual Parks & Recreation update showing what was completed, what is planned next, how ward-specific funds were used and where additional investment is still needed.
